▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a layer of graphene (20) on surface of a catalyst metal film (10). An initial adhesive surface (31) of the substrate film (30) is adhered to the layer of graphene. The catalyst metal film and the substrate film are compressed by using an initial roller (310). The substrate film is separated from the catalyst metal film, such that the layer of graphene is separated from the catalyst metal film together with the substrate film. USE - Method for transferring graphene to substrate. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene layer on the surface of catalyst metal film is compressed by roller and the substrate is separated from the catalyst metal film, the graphene is effectively transferred to the substrate film. The method of transferring graphene to the substrate film is simplified, the speed of transferring is increased and damage to the graphene caused during graphene transferring operation is effectively reduced as no etching is required and graphene is transferred directly to substrate film without using thermal release tape.
