NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene plasma exciting component provided with a substrate, a dielectric layer, a graphene layer and a micro-cavity. Two ends of the graphene layer are connected with a metal electrode. A cover plate is connected with a micro sample feeding channel and a discharging channel. The graphene layer is a periodic nanometer structure. The graphene layer is connected with multiple continuous longitudinal sections. The cover plate is connected with an upper end of the graphene layer away from a vibration element. Two ends of the micro-cavity are connected with a micro-cavity channel. The dielectric layer is made of silica, magnesium fluoride, aluminum oxide, calcium fluoride, barium fluoride, lithium fluoride, silver bromide, silver chloride, zinc sulfide and diamond materials. USE - Graphene Plasmon liquid sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor identifies the chemical composition and structure by the infrared absorption of the material in the enhanced infrared spectrum and enhances the infrared absorption of the substance contained in the solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene plasmon liquid sensor manufacturing method.
