NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon nano composition comprises (S1) taking two high pure graphite rods, cleaning ultrasonically with ultrapure water for 5 minutes, absorbing water on the surface with absorbent paper, (S2) taking 1000 ml aqueous phytic acid solution with mass fraction of 50% in beaker as electrolyte, immersing the cleaned high-purity graphite rod as negative electrode and positive electrode in the electrolyte, keeping at distance of 3-10 cm, externally applying constant voltage direct current power supply of 15-30 V, continuously electrolyzing for 25-30 days to obtain phytic acid dispersion of graphene, (S3) filtering the phytic acid dispersion liquid of graphene using medium speed qualitative filter paper for three times, and centrifuging at 22000 relative centrifugal force for 45 minutes, collecting the supernatant and discarding precipitate and (S4) pouring the supernatant into a dialysis bag and dialyzing to obtain the carbon nano composition. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon nano composition for inhibiting rice pathogenic bacteria by inhibiting hypha growth and spore germination of the rice pathogenic bacteria, where the rice pathogenic bacteria comprises rice blast bacteria, rice false smut and rice bacterial leaf blight bacteria (all claimed), reducing the infection of rice blast and preventing occurrence of rice blast. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano composition targets the microfilament scaffold of filamentous actin of rice blast bacteria and causes the rice blast cells to lose polarity and abnormally swells and burst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing carbon nano composition comprises (S1) taking two high pure graphite rods, cleaning ultrasonically with ultrapure water for 5 minutes at ultrasonic power of 300 W and frequency of 40 KHz, absorbing water on the surface with absorbent paper, (S2) taking 1000 ml phytic acid water solution with mass fraction of 50% in beaker as electrolyte, placing the high-purity graphite rod as negative electrode and positive electrode in the electrolyte, keeping at distance of 3-10 cm, externally applying constant voltage direct current power supply of 15-30 V, continuously electrolyzing for 25-30 days to obtain phytic acid dispersion of graphene, (S3) filtering the phytic acid dispersion liquid of graphene using medium speed qualitative filter paper for three times, and centrifuging at 22000 relative centrifugal force (RCF) for 45 minutes, collecting the supernatant and discarding precipitate and (S4) pouring the supernatant into a dialysis bag with a molecular weight of 500-1000 Da, and dialyzing in ultrapure water for 24 hours to obtain the carbon nano composition.
