▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-titanium dioxide-graphene flexible self-supporting electrode comprises (i) coating titanium dioxide on the surface of nano-silicon particles in-situ to obtain silicon-titanium dioxide powder, (ii) dispersing the silicon-titania powder in the graphene oxide dispersion, ultrasonically treating, and then slowly adding the ultrasonic dispersion into the chitosan coagulation bath to obtain flocculent precipitate, (iii) flattening the flocculent precipitate obtained in step (ii), then freeze-drying and physically pressing to obtain thin film, then annealing in mixed atmosphere of argon and ammonia, and heating up to 500-700℃, and allowing to stand for 2-4 hours to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon-titanium dioxide-graphene flexible self-supporting electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes titanium dioxide is tightly adhered to the surface of silicon, which effectively limits the expansion of silicon; utilizes graphene in the outer layer which improves the overall conductivity of the material, while protecting, it also improves the overall mechanical properties.
