NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene oxide composite electric catalyst support involves preparing graphite powder acidified solution by adding natural graphite powder and 92 vol.% potassium permanganate in strong acid in ratio of 10:1 and stirring on magnetic stirrer at a speed of 1200-1800 revolutions per minute. The graphite powder is acidified under microwave radiation at a power density of 6-8 kiloWatt/meter square for 45-65 minutes. The hydrolysis reaction is carried out at 85-95 degrees C for 40-60 minutes at a speed of 1200-1800 revolutions per minute. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene oxide composite electric catalyst support (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture graphene oxide composite electric catalyst support in simple manner that is durable, and has high production efficiency, good reproduction quality and high catalyzing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing graphene oxide composite electric catalyst support involves preparing graphite powder acidified solution by adding natural graphite powder and 92 vol.% potassium permanganate in strong acid in ratio of 10:1 and stirring on magnetic stirrer at a speed of 1200-1800 revolutions per minute. The graphite powder is acidified under microwave radiation at a power density of 6-8 kiloWatt/meter square for 45-65 minutes. The hydrolysis reaction is carried out at 85-95 degrees C for 40-60 minutes at a speed of 1200-1800 revolutions per minute. The 1g graphite powder and 0.6-1.5ml of 30% hydrogen peroxide are added to the hydrolyzate. The mixture is centrifuged to obtain precipitate of graphene oxide sol. The obtained graphene oxide sol and deionized water are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:200 at ultrasonic power of 380-420 Watt for 2-3 hours. The chloroplatinic acid hexahydrate and nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate are dissolved in ethylene glycol solution in a molar ratio of 3:4 to obtain 0.2-0.4 mg/ml mixed solution. The solution is mixed in inert gas atmosphere at 140-150 degrees C for 40-50 minutes to obtain mixed sol. The 0.3 mole/L solution of sodium hydroxide is added drop-wise to graphene oxide sol and mixed solution to adjust pH of solution to 7-9. The platinum(IV) chloride and chloroauric acid in ratio of 2:3 are dissolved in ethanol. The mixed solution is added and mixed to obtain composite carrier, where ultrasonic power is 380-420 Watt and time is 25-35 minutes. The reaction is carried out under microwave conditions and then mixture is filtered and dried.
