NOVELTY - A graphite crucible comprises 50-60 wt.% graphitized coke, 35-45 wt.% asphalt and 5-15 wt.% coating layer. The coating layer comprises resin and pyridine which are prepared into inert coating net. The inert coating net is coated and bound on graphene. The other side of graphene is coated with resin. The graphene is melt-bonded on prepared graphite crucible by melting resin and covering entire graphite crucible. USE - The graphite crucible is useful as base for electrode blank processing. ADVANTAGE - The graphite crucible uses nitrogen element and resin uniformly stirring, the nitrogen element is uniformly attached to the resin surface forming nitrogen net-shaped, improving the oxidation resistance of resin surface at the same time, reducing the amount of free carbon element. The mass ratio of resin and pyridine is optimized, further improving the load uniformity of the carbon element on the resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of crucible graphite comprising sieving and kneading graphitized coke and asphalt, mixing and kneading to form semi-finished product blank, roasting to form semi-finished product, roasting, and mechanically processing to form crucible base body; adding pyridine to beaker, adding dispersant at pyridine and dispersant weight-volume ratio of 2: 9-15, and cooling prepared coating net at room temperature; mixing collected distilled solution B with resin with, and stirring at 50-70degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours to obtain mixture C; pressing graphene-shaped object with thickness of 1-1.5 mm; uniformly coating mixture C at 50-70degrees Celsius on one side surface of graphene; and uniformly coating resin on other side surface of graphene, completely covering graphene after coating, and pressing and forming.
