NOVELTY - The structure has a main body provided with a graphene film patch (6) and metal nano-particles (7). The metal nano-particle is arranged on a surface of the graphene film patch for enhancing absorption efficiency of a graphene to light, where a shape of the metal nano-particle is semi-spherical, spherical, cylindrical or conical and the the metal nano-particle is gold, silver or copper nano-particles. USE - Graphene metal composite structure for an optical microwave signal conversion antenna (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure has high modulation efficiency of a microwave signal, and enhances interaction of the optical signal and the graphene by using optical local enhancement effect of the metal nano-particles so as to adjust radiation performance of an antenna and improves conversion efficiency of the optical signal to the microwave signal.
