NOVELTY - The device has electrodes, a separator and an electrolyte. The electrodes are a substrate coated with a nanocomposite consisting of nitrogen-doped graphene material, carbon black and a binder component. USE - Energy storage device such as hybrid supercapacitor for backup accumulation, storage and delivery of energy based on nitrogen-doped graphene material containing benzimidazole fragments used in power engineering. ADVANTAGE - The device can function for a long time without the use of external power supplies. The reliability of the device is improved. The device is capable of backup accumulation, storage and delivery of energy. The device is used as main power source.
