DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of visible photocell/cell cultured in-vitro sheet harvesting silicon/graphene composite surface comprising cleaning and polishing surface of silicon substrate, transferring layer of graphene, drying, preserving heat at 500 degrees C for 60 minutes under argon atmosphere to obtain graphene layer, cleaning with water and ethanol, soaking sample in protein solution for 0.5-24 hours and physical adsorbing to obtain protein layer.
