NOVELTY - Preparing automobile air conditioning blower shell involves milling starch, silica gel, cyclodextrin, dodecylethoxy sulfobetaine, graphene and ornithine to produce modified starch, calcining kaolin, graphite, molybdenite and sodium tungstate in presence of a shielding gas to produce a modified composition. Polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyamide, rosin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, aluminum borate whiskers, titanates, dimethyl silicone oils, diisodecyl phthalate, zinc oxide, modified starch are kneaded with modified composition to form automobile air conditioning blower shell modified by kaolin. USE - Method for preparing automobile air conditioning blower shell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare automobile air conditioning blower shell, which has excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties, and the preparation method is simple and easy to obtain.
