NOVELTY - Textured polyurethane-graphene corrosion resistant composite coating comprises polyurethane matrix and graphene, which is uniformly arranged in polyurethane matrix and has a barrier effect. The composite coating has hydrophobic texture structure having multiple protrusion projecting outwardly relative to plane of coating. USE - Textured polyurethane-graphene corrosion resistant composite coating used in device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The textured polyurethane-graphene corrosion resistant composite coating has good dispersibility and compatibility, synergistic effect, generates excellent physical barrier effect, and increases erosion of corrosion medium, synergistic effect, enhances hydrophobicity, effectively reduces penetration of corrosive media in coating, simple and controllable preparation, low energy consumption, low cost, eco-friendly and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing textured polyurethane-graphene corrosion resistant composite coating, which involves: (A) providing template having multiple opposing recesses in a partial region; (B) providing a coating consist of homogeneously mixed graphene, precursor material for forming polyurethane matrix, and solvent; (C) coating the obtained coating on a substrate surface to form coating, where a portion of template having multiple opposing concave portion is in contact with surface of coating and applying pressure to surface; and (D) curing coating, and removing template to form composite coating.
