▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three dimensional printing material comprises 20-60 pts. wt. modified graphene, 30-50 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 2-8 pts. wt. nano polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silica and 0.1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, where modified graphene is made of graphene oxide, aqueous ammonia and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is 100:1-5. USE - Three dimensional printing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing three dimensional printing material, which involves: (A) dividing nano-polytetrafluoroethylene into two parts as first nano-polytetrafluoroethylene and second nano-polytetrafluoroethylene; (B) stirring and dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding aqueous ammonia in dispersion and reacting at 95-105 degrees C for 55-65 minutes; (C) adding polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether into it and reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain modified graphene; (D) mixing, heating and melting polyethylene terephthalate, first nano-polytetrafluoroethylene, the nano-silica and antioxidant to obtain mixed material; and (E) adding modified graphene and second nano-polytetrafluoroethylene to mixed material, stirring, extruding and granulating to obtain final product.
