NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion resistant anti-wear graphene loaded lubricant comprises e.g. taking graphene single layer graphene, subjecting to oxidation-reduction, using surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) for functional change of graphene surface covalent bond, enhancing graphene with adaptation of base lubricant, taking graphene, preservative sodium benzoate, dispersant polyisobutylene and lubricating oil (balance amount), taking base lubricant, heating, adding graphene, preservatives and dispersants, homogenizing, filtering and then ultrasonic dispersing to obtain final product. USE - The lubricant is useful for powder metallurgy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing corrosion resistant anti-wear graphene loaded lubricant comprises (i) taking graphene single layer graphene having thickness of 5-20 mu m, subjecting to oxidation-reduction, then using surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) for functional change of graphene surface covalent bond, enhancing graphene with adaptation of base lubricant, (ii) taking 1-5 wt.% graphene obtained in step (i), 1-3 wt.% preservative sodium benzoate, 3-5 wt.% dispersant polyisobutylene and lubricating oil (balance amount), and (iii) taking base lubricant, heating at 60-80 degrees C, adding graphene, preservatives and dispersants, homogenizing in mill disperser, filtering through 1000 meshes and then ultrasonic dispersing to obtain final product.
