▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin prepreg composite material, is claimed. The composite material is preapared by mixing hot-melt bisphenol-type cyanobenzoxazine resin and modifying agent, then placing into the hot-melt prepreg machine to obtain resin film, then compounding resin film with reinforcing fiber to obtain hot-melt bisphenol-type cyanobenzoxazine prepreg, and then carrying out hot-pressing process. USE - The product is useful for preparing hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin-based composite material and hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product: has low porosity, high mechanical strength, and simple preparation process; method: is safe and environmentally-friendly; and improves the heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin-based composite material comprising (i) placing hot-melt bisphenol type containing cyanobenzoxazine resin in blast oven, and heating to melt flow at 50-100 ℃ for 10-60 minutes, (ii) pouring the melted hot-melt bisphenol-type cyanobenzoxazine containing resin and modifying agent into the mixing tank, and stirring for 5-30 minutes using a stirrer to form a uniform state to obtain modified hot-melt type benzoxazine resin, where mass ratio between hot melt bisphenol type cyanobenzoxazine resin and modifying agent is 1:0.01-0.2, (iii) pouring the modified hot-melt benzoxazine resin into the double roller of the film coating machine while hot to make a resin film at a speed of 1-3 m/minute at 55-90 ℃, (iv) covering the resin film with reinforcing fiber to obtain hot-melt bisphenol type cyanobenzoxazine-containing prepreg at a speed of 1-3 m/minute at 65-90 ℃, and (v) cutting the hot-melt bisphenol-type cyanobenzoxazine-containing prepreg fabric into the required size, stacking and covering, placing in a flat-plate hot press to maintain contact pressure, heating to 80-140 ℃ for 20-130 minutes, observing the glue production and discontinuous picking silk, pressurizing quickly after reaching the gel point under pressure of 3-25 MPa, raising the temperature to 130-150 ℃ for 0.5-4 hours, then heating to 160 ℃ for 0.5-5 hours, raising the temperature to 190 ℃ for 0.5-7 hours, releasing the pressure, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin-based composite material; and Preparing hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin comprising (i) adding toluene, bisphenol, and cyano-containing monoamine, and stirring at room temperature, where molar ratio between bisphenol, cyano-containing monoamine and toluene is 1:1.8-2.2:2-2.5, (ii) heating and stirring to 40-50 ℃ for 0.5-1.5 hours, (iii) adding paraformaldehyde and reacting for 0.5-2.5 hours, where molar ratio between bisphenol and paraformaldehyde is 1:3.9-4.4, (iv) heating to 90-100 ℃ for 3.5-4 hours, (v) removing the solvent under reduced pressure, vacuumizing until the temperature of the reaction system drops to 70-80 ℃, and adding toughening agent, where mass ratio between bisphenol and toughening agent is 1:0.005-0.05, and (vi) removing the solvent under reduced pressure and vacuumizing to obtain hot-melt bisphenol-containing cyanobenzoxazine resin.
