NOVELTY - Production of epoxy molding modified graphene nanofiller comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, heating to carry out reflux, dropping alkylamine solution, filtering, and washing. USE - Method for production of epoxy molding modified graphene nanofiller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, prevents agglomeration of graphene, improves dispersion of graphene nanofiller in resin, reduces internal friction of epoxy resin, enhances melt flow, can reduce brittleness of molding compound, and it has low cost.
