▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene-modified waterborne acrylic acid grafted epoxy resin comprises 20-30 wt.% epoxy resin, 3-15 wt.% monomer, 0.1-2 wt.% initiator, 10-25 wt.% mixed solvent, 1-5 wt.% neutralizer, 1-5 wt.% graphene suspension, and distilled water (remaining amount). USE - Used as graphene-modified waterborne acrylic acid grafted epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The water-based epoxy resin has excellent stability, salt spray resistance and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-modified waterborne acrylic acid-grafted epoxy resin comprising (i) mixing the mixed solvent with the epoxy resin to obtain the mixed solution A, (ii) dissolving the initiator in the monomer, after the temperature of the mixed liquid A in the step (i) is raised to 110-115 degrees C, adding the mixed liquid of the initiator and the monomer dropwise to the mixed liquid A, and the dropwise addition is completed in 2-4 hours, maintaining the reaction temperature, continuing the reaction for 2 hours, lowering the temperature to 60 degrees C, adding a neutralizer to neutralize to pH value 7-8 to obtain mixed solution B, and (iii) adding distilled water to the mixed solution B of step (ii) to emulsify dropwise, and adding graphene suspension, and stirring to obtain graphene modified waterborne acrylic grafted epoxy resin, where the preparation method of the asbestos suspension comprises adding graphene and water with a mass ratio of 5:95 to the container, mixing and stirring for 0.5-1 hour, and emulsifying using a high-pressure homogenizer until the viscosity exceeds 1000 cps, which is the graphene suspension.
