▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of multifunctional hydrogel for promoting radioactive skin damage healing involves adding graphene oxide into tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris) buffer solution, performing water bath ultrasonic treatment, adding dopamine to the solution, stirring the solution at room temperature reaction, centrifuging and collecting solid particles after finishing reaction, washing the particles and drying the product to obtain polydopamine (PDA)-graphene oxide (GO), dissolving the sodium alginate, adding PDA-GO and interferon-α inducible protein 6 (IFI6) protein powder to the solution, and stirring at room temperature to gel shape. USE - The method is useful for preparation of multifunctional hydrogel which is used for preparation of spray medicine for promoting radioactive skin damage, preventing reactive oxygen species (ROS) skin wound healing (all claimed), and providing antibacterial, anti-active oxygen and anti-hypoxia effects. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has good adhesion and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for multifunctional IFI6-PDA-GO/sodium alginate hydrogel, which is prepared by the preparation method.
