NOVELTY - The heater has a heating body provided with a PTC heating core. A radiator is adhered on a surface of the heating body. A graphene nano coating layer is coated in a surface of the radiator and the surface of the heating body. USE - Graphene nano coated PTC electric heater. ADVANTAGE - The heater has better heat-conducting property and high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and realizes simple coating processing technique so as to ensure better process environment, thus ensuring smooth coating surface, avoids sticking phenomenon of water vapor, ensures better heat exchange performance based on the graphene nano coating layer and simple manufacturing process and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene nano coated PTC electric heater manufacturing method.
