NOVELTY - Invention relates to the production of graphene modified by atoms of nitrogen, which is used in electronic devices for storing energy, such as supercapacitors, lithium-ion batteries. To prepare graphene modified with nitrogen atoms, a dispersed simple or mixed group II metal oxide is heated in a flow reactor for 20-30 minutes in an inert gas current at a flow rate of 15-20 l/h to 650-700C. Then, without cooling the reactor, the inert gas is replaced with a mixture of NH3-C2H2-C2H4 gases and the gas decomposition reaction is carried out at 650-700C for 30-120 minutes and the gas mixture flow rate is 5-15 l/h. The carbonized product is cooled in an inert gas current. The carbonized metal oxide is etched by treatment with an acid solution to purify the carbon film from the original metal oxide. The resulting sample of nitrogen-containing graphene is filtered, washed and dried. Graphene modified with nitrogen atoms is obtained, containing 1-5 carbon layers and up to 5 wt.% of nitrogen. USE - Material engineering. ADVANTAGE - Invention makes it possible to simplify the production of graphene modified by nitrogen atoms, to improve its quality. 7 cl, 1 tbl, 16 ex
