NOVELTY - Self-training energy pad comprises an energy pad, where the shape of the energy pad is corresponding to the physiological curve of the periphery of the foot. The energy pad is made of thermoplastic elastomer material mixed with functional powder injection. The thermoplastic elastomer material comprises 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. vermilion, 0.1-2 pts. wt. stone needle and 0.1-2 pts. wt. Xiuyan jade. USE - The pad is useful for promoting the circulation of qi and blood and reducing the pressure of bones and joints. ADVANTAGE - The pad: realizes self-training and automatic training; creates a positive energy environment; improves the balance of motion, and realizes healthy walking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing energy pad comprising (a) weighing the raw materials, (b) grinding the vermilion, stone needle, jade into powder, uniformly mixing the powder, as functional powder, (c) heating and melting the TPE particle material, mixing functional powder, stirring uniformly and (d) sending the uniformly stirred mixed molten material to an injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain the finished product; and (2) a self-training energy shoe comprising a sole and a shoe body, where the shoe is provided with the self-training energy pad.
