NOVELTY - A solid lubricating coating comprises 1-60 pts. wt. fluorinated graphite, 3-28 pts. wt. talc, 1-23 pts. wt. boron fluoride, 1-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-35 pts. wt. lead monoxide, 1-5 pts. wt. bismuth selenide, composite resin component comprising 2-35 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 4-40 pts. wt. potassium silicate and 1-15 pts. wt. ceramic resin, additive comprising 1-5 pts. wt. manganese chloride, 0.1-1 pt. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 1-8 pts. wt. silica, and 0.01-0.7 pt. wt. polyethylene oxide, and diluent. USE - Solid lubricating coating used for coating nut (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has stable torque performance at high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) nut comprising surface coating layer containing solid lubricating coating, obtained by spraying or dip coating; and (2) use method of coating comprising coating nut with solid lubricating coating layer and phosphating.
