NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyol, 15-35 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. polyester pigment of aqueous resin-free pigment having particle size of 100-500 meshes, 2.7-3.4 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. catalyst, 2-6 pts. wt. water, and 0.2-0.7 pt. wt. graphene quantum dots. USE - Composite material used for forming pillow (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent stability, and provides the comfortable and breathable pillow having excellent heat dissipation properties and antibacterial properties. The pillow is prepared by simple and economical method. The graphene quantum dots have excellent antibacterial effect, thus preventing the pillows from becoming mildewy. The pillows can maintain soft and resilient for a long time. The pillow is plastic and can be molded with different shapes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the composite material, which involves adding 50-70 pts. wt. polyol, 20-30 pts. wt. polyether polyol (A) and 5-25 pts. wt. polyether polyol (B) to a reactor, and stirring at temperature of 50-70 degrees C, adding 2.7-3.4 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. catalyst, and 2-6 pt. wt. water to the reactor, and centrifuging resulting mixture at a speed of 300-500 rpm, and adding 0.2-0.7 pt. wt. graphene quantum dots and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. polyester pigment or aqueous resin-free pigment to the reactor, and allowing the mixture in the reactor to react at 10-30 degrees C; and (2) manufacture of pillow, which involves molding the composite material into pillow.
