NOVELTY - Doped graphene cholesterol sensor comprises reference electrode, working electrode and modified electrode. The modified electrode comprises working electrode and material identification film. The material identification film comprises doped graphene composite material, Meldola Blue, cholesterol oxidase, horseradish peroxidase and perfluorosulfonic acid resin. USE - Doped graphene cholesterol sensor used for detecting cholesterol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has wide detection range and low detection limit and is stable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of doped graphene cholesterol sensor comprising pretreating surface of working electrode, preparing doped graphene composites, preparing doped graphene composite in dopant graphene composite dispersion, mixing Meldola Blue, cholesterol oxidase solution, horseradish peroxidase solution and perfluorosulfonic acid resin to obtain composite solution, adding composite solution to electrode surface and drying at room temperature.
