NOVELTY - The preparation method involves dissolving phenolic hydroxyl-containing organic compound and the metal compound in a solvent to form slurry. The slurry is uniformly mixed with the copper powder to form a copper-based primary portion. The copper-based primary portion is dried to form a copper-based graphene finished product. The copper-based graphene finished product uses chemical vapor deposition to grow the graphene layer to form a copper-based graphene primary portion. The copper-based graphene precursor is removed from impurities by a solvent separation method. The copper-based graphene precursor is dried to form a copper-based graphene finished product. USE - Preparation method of copper-based graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts the complex reaction of organic compounds containing phenolic hydroxyl groups and metal ions, so as to prevent sintering in the copper powder. The anti-sintering agent does not affect the growth of graphene in the later stage, and is easy to remove impurities in the subsequent sequence. The impurity removal process does not affect the performance of the copper-based graphene finished product.
