NOVELTY - A red light fluorescent powder capable of being excited by blue light of white light LED (I) is new. USE - Red light fluorescent powder capable of being excited by blue light of white light LED. ADVANTAGE - The powder can be excited by blue light emitted by indium gallium nitride chip, and has excellent high temperature fluorescent performance, heat resistance and water resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A red light fluorescent powder capable of being excited by blue light of white light LED of formula (K2MF6:xMn4+-GQDs(ymg/mol)) (I) is new. M=Si or Ti; x=Mn4+ doped mol fraction, 0-0.06; GQDs=green graphene quantum dot; and y=content of GQDs in red light fluorescent powder, 0-7 mg/mol. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for a method for preparing red light fluorescent powder capable of being excited by blue light of white light LED.
