NOVELTY - Manufacturing humidity sensor comprises (1) synthesizing graphene oxide using graphite, (2) coating the graphene oxide on a substrate, and (3) partially reducing graphene oxide to prepare partially reduced graphene oxide having both humidity sensitivity and temperature sensitivity. In the step (3), exposing the graphene oxide-coated substrate of the step (2) to hydrogen iodide vapor. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes continuous and real-time temperature and humidity sensing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) temperature and humidity sensor device in which a humidity sensor and temperature sensor are integrated; and (2) wearable device comprising the temperature and humidity sensor device.
