NOVELTY - A thermoelectric conversion material comprises carbon material and conductive polymer. The carbon material contains reducing substance of carbon raw material chosen from graphene oxide and oxidized carbon black. USE - Thermoelectric conversion material is used for thermoelectric conversion element (claimed) e.g. thermoelectric conversion module, and thermoelectric conversion cell. ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric conversion material has excellent thermoelectric conversion characteristics, and is manufactured economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of thermoelectric conversion material, which involves applying positive voltage and negative voltage to conductive substrate immersed in the liquid mixture containing carbon raw material and monomer which is electrolytically polymerized by turns.
