ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing the thin film material with uniform thickness, controlled size, and good mechanical property and conductivity in a simple, economical and environmental-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing composite thin film material comprises adding graphene oxide to water, ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 2-3 hours to obtain a dispersed single layer graphene oxide hydrosol having concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml, mixing the graphene oxide hydrosol with surfactant at a ratio of 1:(100-1000), stirring at a speed of 100-500 revolutions per minute using a magnetic stirrer for 10-30 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 1 hour, adding a reducing agent, reducing and oxidizing the graphene oxide hydrosol, ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 2-3 hours to obtain a redox graphene oxide hydrosol, carrying out one step or multi-step electrodeposition method for the redox graphene oxide hydrosol and polymer emulsion for depositing onto a copper electrode. The electrodeposition method comprises mixing polymer emulsion and redox graphene oxide hydrosol at a ratio of 1:(1-5), magnetically stirring the mixture until the mixture changes to homogenous form to obtain composite emulsion, placing the emulsion on a copper electrode, allowing the emulsion to react with the electrode for 10 seconds for depositing the emulsion on the electrode with a thickness of 1 mm, applying voltage of 1-10 Volts to the electrode, removing the electrode and drying at 80 degrees C, repeating the electrodeposition procedure for 5-10 times, sampling the dried electrode, adding hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide at a ratio of 1:1, heating the electrode at 50 degrees C to remove the copper foil for obtaining graphene/polymer emulsion composite film. The electrode is pretreated before the deposition process, where the pretreatment comprises washing the electrode with ethanol/acetone to remove impurities, and washing with water.
