NOVELTY - The transparent conducting thin film (2) is located on a transparent substrate (1) which is a glass substrate or a flexible substrate. The transparent substrate is provided with a graphene sheet and a silver nanowire. The transparent conducting thin film is a combined layer formed by a graphene sheet layer and a silver nanowire layer or is formed by blending the graphene sheet and the silver nanowire. The flexible substrate is formed from polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate or polyimide. USE - Transparent conducting thin film used in field of electronics. ADVANTAGE - The transparent conducting thin film is provided with high visible light transmittance, low square resistance and reduced complexity of the preparation process, at lowered production cost.
