NOVELTY - Preparing nano-gold-graphene oxide composite nano-material, comprises: (a) preparing 4-amino-benzene thiol/hexanethiol-protected nano-gold; (b) preparing graphene oxide; and (c) preparing nano-gold-graphene oxide composite nano-material by connecting nano-gold with graphene oxide, which includes dispersing graphene oxide sheet material into dimethyl sulfoxide solution to obtain stable graphene oxide suspension, adding dimethyl sulfoxide solution of nano-gold into graphene oxide suspension, then agitating and centrifuging collected precipitate and washing and ultrasonically processing. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-gold-graphene oxide composite nano-material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material maintains structural integrity of both the retention of graphene oxide on variety of functional groups. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-gold-graphene oxide composite nano-material, comprises: (a) preparing 4-amino-benzene thiol/hexanethiol-protected nano-gold; (b) preparing graphene oxide; and (c) preparing nano-gold-graphene oxide composite nano-material by connecting nano-gold with graphene oxide, which includes dispersing the graphene oxide sheet material into dimethyl sulfoxide solution for ultrasonically dispersing by 30-120 minutes to form stable graphene oxide suspension, slowly adding the dimethyl sulfoxide solution of the nano-gold into the graphene oxide suspension and agitating for 3-4 days, and centrifuging the collected precipitate and washing by methylbenzene and ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes in purified water to obtain the aqueous solution of the nano-gold-graphene oxide composite nano-material.
