▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reversible rigidized composite film comprises airtight layer, rigidized layer, heat equalizing layer, heating layer and packaging layer are stacked from inside to outside. The rigidized layer is made of resin material and fiber reinforced material. USE - Reversible rigidized composite film used for space inflatable unfolding structure. ADVANTAGE - The reversible rigidized composite film ensures controllable and reversible effect of curing process under cooperation of the chosen rigidized layer components, and softened by heating and not natural transformation of heat curing, and the bending strength is not lower than 80 MPa during curing. The heating control of the heating layer, the heat can evenly reach the hardening layer through the heat equalizing layer, so as to ensure uniform heating of the hardening layer. There is no chemical reaction between layers of reversibly rigidized composite film for space inflatable unfolding structure. The composite film has stable performance, long storage life even on the ground or space environment with extreme temperature, humidity, thermal cycle, and strong radiation. The composite film has less impact, which is conducive to improves service period of reversible rigidized composite film for space inflatable deployment structures.
