▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced carbon fiber epoxy prepreg, comprises (i) stirring the resin component raw materials and mixing in a reaction kettle to obtain the resin component; (ii) stirring the raw material of the curing agent component, and grinding it twice with three rollers to obtain the curing agent component; (iii) cooling the resin component to 65-70 degrees C, adding the curing agent component and mixing well to obtain a resin system; and (iv) applying the resin system on a coating machine to obtain a resin film, and using carbon fiber on an impregnation machine to prepare a carbon fiber prepreg with a resin content of 33-40%. The resin system includes: 20-50 pts. wt. liquid bisphenol A epoxy, 20-50 pts. wt. solid bisphenol A epoxy, 20-50 pts. wt. polyfunctional epoxy, 20-35 pts. wt. toughener component, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, and 10-30 pts. wt. curing agent component. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced carbon fiber epoxy prepreg.
