▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The x-ray source device (100) comprises an emitter (110) formed on an upper surface of a cathode electrode to emit electrons. An anode electrode (120) is formed to be spaced apart from the cathode electrode by a predetermined distance. A gate electrode (130) is provided between the emitter and the anode electrode. The gate electrode is formed by transferring a graphene thin film composed of layer on an upper portion of a metal electrode. A focusing lens (140) are positioned between the gate electrode and the anode electrode. A control module is provided to control an X-ray dose for each position of the subject by performing a two-dimensional matrix control on the emitter and the gate electrode. The emitters are arrayed in a first direction. The control module determines an X-ray dose according to a scale of the array arrangement. USE - Source device for emitting x-rays to bones of human body for medical inspection. ADVANTAGE - The straightness of the electron beam passing through the focusing lens is improved. The thermal stability of the gate electrode can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for controlling an x-ray source device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of source device for emitting x-rays to bones of human body for medical inspection.
