▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A plasmon enhanced infrared spectroscopy sensor comprises a graphene plasmon sensing chip comprising a substrate, a source-drain electrode, an electrode mask layer, a graphene layer, a graphene modification layer, a liquid top grid, a liquid micro-nano cavity and an infrared window, and a microfluidic system compatible with infrared transmission test. The microfluidic system compatible is provided with a sample inlet channel and a sample outlet channel, which are communicated with the graphene plasmon sensor chip. USE - The plasmon enhanced infrared spectroscopy sensor is useful for detecting protein secondary structure in aqueous solution. ADVANTAGE - The plasmon enhanced infrared spectroscopy sensor excludes water molecules from the plasmon region, can completely eliminate the molecular signal outside the plasmon region by in-situ electrical background subtraction method, and enables direct and in-situ monitoring of trace solution components by infrared spectroscopy. The infrared response of the molecules to be detected gathered in the plasmon region is enhanced under the driving of the electromagnetic field of the graphene plasmon.
