NOVELTY - Fluorinated graphene surface treatment agent comprises 0.03-0.09 wt.% fluorinated graphene, 1.2-2.2 wt.% fluorosilicic acid, 0.3-0.8 wt.% silicon tetrafluoride, 0.16-0.23 wt.% aluminate coupling agent, 0.8-1.0 wt.% sodium fluoride, and rest is water. USE - Fluorinated graphene surface treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated graphene surface treatment agent has good binding force with metal surface and phosphorization film, and ensure ten times graphene better corrosion resistance than conventional phosphate film and non-phosphorus conversion film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing a fluorinated graphene surface treatment agent, which involves adding water to 1/5-1/4 in reactor, adding fluorinated graphene, and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain stirred material; adding aluminate coupling agent, fluorosilicic acid and silicon tetrafluoride, and stirring for 7-8 hours to obtain stirred material; adding sodium fluoride and stirring for 0.5-1 hours to obtain stirred material, and finally make up its volume with rest of water and stirring uniformly to obtain final product; and (2) a method for using a fluorinated graphene surface treatment agent, which involves using fluorinated graphene surface treatment agent and deionized water in a weight ratio of 1:10 to 1:20, and soaking workpiece into it for 3-5 minutes and taking out workpiece.
