▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano-lubricant additive comprises nano-cerium oxide and dopamine modified fluorinated graphene oxide. The nano-cerium oxide particles are uniformly dispersed. The particles have a hexagonal structure and particle size distribution of 3-5 nm. USE - Nano-lubricant additive. ADVANTAGE - The nano-lubricant additive has excellent antiwear and antifriction properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of nano-lubricant additive, which involves ultrasonically dispersing fluorinated graphene oxide in tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane-hydrochloric acid buffer solution to obtain fluorinated graphene oxide dispersion liquid having concentration of 0.25 mg/ml, adding dopamine hydrochloride to the fluorinated-graphene oxide dispersion liquid, controlling the concentration of dopamine hydrochloride at 0.5-2 mg/ml, and magnetically stirring, centrifuging and separating obtained product, washing the product with anhydrous ethanol and distilled water and freeze-drying to obtain polydopamine/fluorinated graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing polydopamine/fluorinated graphene oxide in mixed solution of ethanol and water to obtain dispersion liquid having concentration of 1 mg/ml, ultrasonically dispersing cerium nitrate hexahydrate in mixed solution of ethanol and water, magnetically stirring, continuously dripping cerium nitrate hexahydrate solution into the polydopamine/fluorinated-graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain mixed solution (I), magnetically stirring, adding sodium hydroxide to the mixed solution (I) to obtain mixed solution (II), transferring the mixed solution (II) to a hydrothermal reaction vessel, reacting at 140-180 degrees C for 12 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging the product, washing the product with anhydrous ethanol and distilled water and then freeze-drying.
