NOVELTY - Preparing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foam material comprises e.g. mixing 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastic material, 0.5 -10 pts. wt. graphene material and 0.05-3 pts. wt. lubricant, stirring to obtain the mixed material, cooling, and granulating by granulator, obtaining uniformly doped graphene, adding the granules and water according to mass ratio of 1:0.3-1:5 into the reaction kettle and starting the stirring, introducing carbon dioxide, and nitrogen into reaction kettle, controlling pressure and material temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foam material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foaming material comprises (i) mixing 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastic material, 0.5 -10 pts. wt. graphene material and 0.05-3 pts. wt. lubricant, stirring to obtain the mixed material, cooling, and granulating by granulator, obtaining uniformly doped graphene, (ii) adding the granules and water according to mass ratio of 1:0.3-1:5 into the reaction kettle and starting the stirring, (iii) introducing carbon dioxide, and nitrogen into the reaction kettle, controlling pressure and material temperature, so that carbon dioxide and nitrogen in a supercritical state, (iv) heating the reaction kettle, the reaction kettle in the temperature, or dissolving the supercritical carbon dioxide and nitrogen in the thermoplastic polyurethane uniformly doped graphene, (v) placing into the reaction kettle and continuously adding foaming agent, crosslinking agent, lubricant, cross-linking auxiliary agent, continuously stirring for 1-5 hours, adding the reaction kettle and the pressure tank, the material in the reaction kettle under the pressure into the pressure tank, and (vi) foaming the material in the pressure tank under high atmospheric pressure 1-5 MPa, at 100-150 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, reducing pressure and reducing the temperature to be less than 70 degrees C, to obtaining thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foaming material.
