NOVELTY - Welding of graphene-reinforced steel-aluminum dissimilar material weld involves uniformly mixing nickel powder and graphene powder in a ball mill, grinding, obtaining nickel/graphene mixed powder, placing the nickel/graphene mixed powder in a mold, pressing, sintering obtained nickel/graphene block blank by vacuum sintering, rolling obtained nickel/graphene composite material into a nickel/graphene composite foil having a predetermined thickness, selecting nickel/graphene composite foil of the same thickness based on the thickness of the sheet to be welded, cutting into a predetermined welding size, clamping the sheet between cleaned steel and aluminum alloy, welding the steel and the aluminum alloy, and obtaining a graphene-reinforced weld of the steel-aluminum dissimilar material. USE - Welding of graphene-reinforced steel-aluminum dissimilar material weld. ADVANTAGE - The method improves strength and toughness of the graphene-reinforced steel-aluminum dissimilar material weld.
