▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cobalt nitride-nickel nitride supported graphene oxide-carbon fiber cloth oxygen evolution material comprises 10-12 pts. wt. cobalt source, 12-14 pts. wt. nickel source, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-35 pts. wt. carbon fiber cloth, 15-17 pts. wt. hexamethylenetetramine, and 20-25 pts. wt. concentrated ammonia water; and experimental drug comprising dilute nitric acid, ethanol, distilled water, and dilute hydrochloric acid. USE - Cobalt nitride-nickel nitride supported graphene oxide-carbon fiber cloth oxygen evolution material. ADVANTAGE - The material uses cobalt nitride and nickel nitride that has higher electrolytic strength than traditional transition metal nitrides, uses graphene oxide that has large surface porosity and amphiphilic properties, does not require polymer binder to stick catalyst to the electrode, and has increased effective electrochemical catalytic area, activity and efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the evolution material comprising: (A) (1) Preparation of Co-Ni composite-supported graphene oxide dispersion: adding 400 mL distilled water and 250 mL ethanol with cobalt source, nickel source, hexamethylenetetramine and graphene oxide, stirring, transferring to high-pressure hydrothermal reactor, heating to 130-135 degrees C for 7-10 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cobalt-nickel composite-supported graphene oxide dispersion; (B) adding graphitized carbon fiber cloth to 200 mL 5-8% dilute nitric acid solutionto remove impurities, filtering, washing carbon fiber cloth with 500-800 mL absolute ethanol and 3000-4000 mL distilled water, and oven heating to 90-95 degrees C for 5-8 hours; and adding cobalt-nickel composite-supported graphene oxide dispersion into 1000 mL beaker, adding 20-35 pts. wt. treated graphitized carbon fiber cloth, placing to ultrasonic disperser, heating to 60-65 degrees C at 800 W and 25 KHz for 12-18 hours, oven heating to 80-85 degrees C to slowly evaporate the solution, drying to 8-12 hours to obtain cobalt-nickel graphene oxide-supported carbon fiber cloth; and (C) adding concentrated ammonia water, placing to crucible, putting to nitrogen protective furnace, passing through nitrogen to remove air completely, heating to 380-400 degrees C at rate of 5 degrees C/minute for 3-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing solid mixture with dilute hydrochloric acid and 4000-5000 mL distilled water to remove unreacted materials and reaction byproducts, and oven heating to 80-85 degrees C for 6-9 hours.
