NOVELTY - Manufacture of three-dimensional laminated structure involves forming (S1) a block layer including at least one functional layer, forming (S2) several detailed block layers by cutting the block layer, transferring (S3) a detailed sub-block layer (L1) onto a substrate, forming (S4) a quantum dot layer including quantum dots of a core-shell structure on at least one portion of layer (L1) and laminating a detailed sub-block layer (L2), and forming (S5) a multilayer structure in which detailed sub-block layers and quantum dot layers are alternately stacked by repeating process (S4). USE - Manufacture of three-dimensional laminated structure for manufacturing optical sensor (all claimed), solar cell and photodetector. ADVANTAGE - The electrical properties of the three-dimensional laminated structure used in the optoelectronic device are improved. The quantum dots are effectively protected by stacking the quantum dots and the material layer of the two-dimensional structure in multiple layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of an optical sensor.
