NOVELTY - Piano black polypropylene material comprises 30-70 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin, 10-30 pts. wt. toughening agent, 2-8 pts. wt. polar compatilizer, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.4-1.0 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.8-2.0 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. lubricant and 1-3 pts. wt. toner. USE - Piano black polypropylene material used for preparing automobile instrument panel and outdoor plastic product. ADVANTAGE - The piano black polypropylene material has high gloss, high weather resistance and high toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing piano black polypropylene material, which involves: (1) uniformly mixing PP, ABS, a toughening agent, a polar compatilizer, a nucleating agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a lubricant, wherein the mixing temperature is 70-90degrees Celsius, and the mixing rotating speed is 250-600 rpm, so as to obtain a mixture; (2) adding the mixture from the main material port, controlling the temperature of each section of the main machine barrel in a segmented manner under the conditions that the rotating speed is 200-600 rpm and the temperature of each section is 170-270degrees Celsius, where temperature from the material inlet to the outlet of the machine head is 180degrees Celsius, 210degrees Celsius, 220degrees Celsius, 230degrees Celsius, 240degrees Celsius, 230degrees Celsius and 220degrees Celsius, and the rotating speed of the double-screw extruder is 350 revolutions per minute; (3) extruding and granulating through an extruder to obtain the piano black polypropylene composite material.
