▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-antibacterial Island fiber fabric comprises island component, sea component, nano-shell powder and zinc oxide loaded graphene nanocomposites, where the mass of zinc oxide loaded graphene nanocomposites is 5-8 wt.% of the island component, and the mass of nano-shell powder is 3-5 wt.% of the island component. USE - Used as nano-antibacterial Island fiber fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces amount of nanomaterials, improves mechanical properties of the fabric, and obtains fabric with soft and comfortable to use, and unique cross-layer structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing method of nano antibacterial type sea-island fiber fabric, comprising (i) adding graphite oxide into ethylene glycol, ultrasonically obtaining a graphite oxide dispersion, adding zinc acetate into ethylene glycol, ultrasonically obtaining zinc acetate solution, adding the zinc acetate solution into the graphite oxide dispersion, stirring uniformly, adding alkali to adjust pH to 8.5-9, adding hydrazine hydrate, stirring for 30-40 minutes, hydrothermally reacting at 155-165℃ for more than 24 hours, filtering, washing, vacuum-drying at 60-65℃ for 12-13 hours, and grinding, (ii) mixing the island component, nano-shell powder and zinc oxide loaded graphene nanocomposite, and melt-blending under the action of ultrasonic waves and microwaves, and obtaining island phase functional masterbatch, (iii) mixing the sea component and island phase functional masterbatch, melt blending and spinning to obtain nano antimicrobial type sea island precursor, (iv) carrying out oiling, stretching, crimping, drying and cutting processes on the nano-antibacterial sea-island filaments to obtain nano-antibacterial sea-island fibers, (v) carrying out the spinning process of the nano-antibacterial sea-island fiber to obtain nano-antibacterial sea-island fiber yarn, and (vi) subjecting the nano antibacterial sea-island fiber yarn to weaving process to obtain original cloth.
