NOVELTY - Emulsified natural ester degradable lubricating material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. basic vegetable oil, 10-15 pts. wt. composite filler, 20-25 pts. wt. lanolinic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-3 pts. wt. preservative, and 1-2 pts. wt. anticoagulant. The base vegetable oil includes hydrogenated castor oil. USE - Used as emulsified natural ester degradable lubricating material. ADVANTAGE - The material: avoids the defect of the plant-based lubricating material; improves the thermal stability and oxidative stability of the base oil; is a degradable material that meets current environmental protection requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the emulsified natural ester degradable lubricating material, comprising (i) uniformly stirring the dispersant, preservative and anticoagulant and insulating for 30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain composite additive, (ii) adding the composite filler to the composite additive and continuously stirring for 20 minutes to obtain a composite slurry, and (iii) adding the compound slurry and lanolinic acid to the base vegetable oil and fully stirring, heating to 100-110°C, insulating for 20-40 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain product.
