NOVELTY - A modified composite metal truck loading board comprises 55-75 pts. wt. aluminum material, 10-20 pts. wt. iron material, 3-8 pts. wt. pure magnesium material, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene material, 3-8 pts. wt. feldspar powder, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. 50 nm aerogel powder, and 6-10 pts. wt. titanium hydride powder. USE - Modified composite metal truck loading board. ADVANTAGE - The loading board has balanced tensile strength and enhanced compressive and bearing capacity, and saves fuel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of modified composite metal truck loading board by: (A) heating aluminum material, iron material, pure magnesium material, graphene material, feldspar powder, and fumed silica in a furnace to obtain a molten material; (B) uniformly mixing aerogel and titanium hydride powder; (C) placing the molten material in a barrel expansion tank, and uniformly mixing; (D) adding aerogel and titanium hydride powder mixture in the barrel expansion tank, and uniformly mixing; and (E) molding, cooling, and cutting.
