NOVELTY - The preparation of reductive oxidized graphene involves dispersing oxidized graphene in solvent, preparing uniformly distributed dispersed graphene oxide dispersion liquid and slurry, adjusting pH of oxidizing graphene dispersion liquid and slurry using alkalinity adjuster, obtaining oxidized graphene dispersion liquid and slurry with suitable pH value, carrying out solvothermal reduction of oxidized graphene dispersion and slurry, obtaining hydrophobicity-adjustable reducing oxide graphene dispersion liquid and slurry, filtering, drying and obtaining reduced graphene oxide powder. USE - Preparation of reductive oxidized graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of reductive oxidized graphene without the addition of reducing agent by simple process in environmentally-friendly manner, and achieves stable dispersion of graphene in solvent of different polarity.
