NOVELTY - Resin-modified coating is prepared by forming a foam layer on the surface of the old aluminum mold through multiple deposition processes, and spraying the modified resin. USE - The coating is useful for glove mold. ADVANTAGE - The coating has the effects of heat resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance, is not easy to be stained with water oil and so organic solvent, so that the coating has a moisture-proof effect, and improves corrosion resistance layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the resin modified coating, comprising (i) mixing the mercapto compound, decene aldehyde, anhydrous ethanol and deionized water with mass ratio of 1:0.4:15:3-1:1.1:22:4, adding hydrochloric acid until the pH of the solution is 4-5, stirring at 58°C at speed of 60 revolutions/minute for 2.5-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering to obtain olefin precursor material, olefin precursor, dichloromethane, diallyldiethoxysilane, 2,-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone by mass ratio 0.6:7:1:0.007-0.8:11:1:0.01, uniformly stirring, irradiating at 365 nm for 32-44 minutes, heating to 40°C for 4-6 hours, vacuuming 0.1 MPa, drying at 55°C for 7-10 hours to obtain olefin compound, (ii) mixing the toluene, initiator according to mass ratio of 50:1 under the protection of nitrogen, heating to 105°C, adding olefin compound, azodiisobutyronitrile, toluene and 1-allyl-3-vinyl imidazole hexafluorophosphate, the mass ratio of the olefin compound to the initiator is 96:1, heat preservation for 1-3 hours, adding azodiisobutyronitrile whose initiator mass is 0.6-1 times of the mass of initiator is 20-25 times of toluene, continuously reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain the modified resin, (iii) placing the old aluminum mold in the magnetic control sputtering device, performing the first deposition process for 66-72 minutes, performing the second deposition process, sputtering for 46-60 minutes to obtain the titanium-based old aluminum mold, taking titanium-based old aluminum mold as cathode, plating for 48-60 minutes at 50℃, taking out, processing at 720°C for 40-52 minutes to obtain foam layer old aluminum mold, (iv) mixing the modified resin, curing agent HT-100, toluene according to mass ratio of 1:0.04: 0.2-1:0.08: 0.7, stirring at 580 revolutions/minute for 18-26 minutes to obtain resin solution, the foam layer old aluminum mold spraying foam layer old aluminum mold 0.1-0.3 times of resin solution, heat treatment at 5°C for 48-60 minutes, heating to 80°C, continuously processing for 3-5 hours, heating to 200°C, and processing for 60-74 minutes.
