NOVELTY - Non-metal barrier explosion-proof material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyurethane, 10-20 pts. wt. polypropylene, 6-10 pts. wt. fiber reinforced composite material, 6-8 pts. wt. glass wool, 6-8 pts. wt. silicate cotton, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-2 pts. wt. nucleating agent. USE - The non-metal barrier explosion-proof material is useful for storage tank (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The explosion-proof material: has low density, good oil resistance, low thermal conductivity, strong plasticity, strong corrosion resistance, high mass transfer efficacy, stable physical and chemical properties, long service life, mechanical properties and flame retardant and explosion-proof properties and does not deform easily; and preparation process is simple, economical and very convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing non-metal barrier explosion-proof material, comprising (i) taking the corresponding materials according to their weight, and placing the weighed materials separately for use; (ii) adding polyurethane, polypropylene, fiber-reinforced composite materials, glass wool, silicate cotton and graphene into the reactor, stirring and mixing, and preheating the materials at 80-100 degrees C, and the stirring for 20 minutes; (iii) adding flame retardant, foaming agent, coupling agent, antioxidant and nucleating agent into the mixture of the above step, stirring and mixing continuously, heating to 260-280 degrees C and maintaining for 1 hour to make the mixed material in a molten state; (iv) taking out the above-mentioned molten mixture, filtering it and filtering out some impurities; (v) placing the filtered mixture in a strong electric field for processing for 2.5 hours; (vi) heating the mixture to 260-280 degrees C continuously, maintaining the temperature for 10 minutes, pouring the molten mixture into the mold, cooling and shaping; and (vii) cutting the finished product after cooling and forming according to processing needs, opening the holes as needed, polishing the inside of the holes, ensuring the smoothness of the hole and completing the preparation of the material.
