NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-containers involves adding trimethyl ammonium bromide to mixed solution of ethanol and water, stirring, adding copolymer microsphere template solution to mixed solution, ultrasonically processing for 10-15 minutes, adding ammonia to adjust pH of solution to alkaline, continuing stirring for 10-15 minutes, modifying hollow mesoporous silica with aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing the modified hollow mesoporous silica in ethanol, adding aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, stirring for 4-5 hours, vacuum drying, grafting graphene oxide on modified hollow mesoporous silica, stirring continuously in oil bath at 105-110 degrees C for 3.5-4 hours, completing reaction, and drying in vacuum. USE - Preparation of nano-containers used in epoxy coating. ADVANTAGE - The process has improved dispersibilty of graphene oxide in epoxy coating and improves service life of graphene oxide epoxy coating and also solves limitation of graphene oxide, thus providing coating with excellent protection function and corrosion protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano-containers involves adding trimethyl ammonium bromide in mixed solution of ethanol and water, stirring, adding copolymer microsphere template solution to mixed solution, ultrasonically processing for 10-15 minutes, transferring to three-necked flak, stirring for 1-1.5 hours in water bath at 50-60 degrees C, adding ammonia to adjust pH of solution to alkaline, continuing stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding ethyl orthosilicate, keeping temperature unchanged, continuing stirring for 6-8 hours to complete reaction, centrifuging slurry at 4000 rpm to remove supernatant, washing precipitate 3 times with water and ethanol at 60-70 degrees C under vacuum drying for 24-25 hours, calcining resulting product in muffle furnace at 550 degrees C for 3-5 hours to remove microsphere template and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, modifying hollow mesoporous silica with aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing hollow mesoporous silica in ethanol, adding aminopropyl trimethoxysilane to stirred suspension for 4-5 hours, centrifuging hollow mesoporous silica modified with aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, rinsing with ethanol 3 times, vacuum drying, preparing graphene oxide using modified Hummers method under ice water bath condition, adding 98% hydrochloric acid to round bottom flask, controlling temperature at below 10 degrees C, adding natural graphite, stirring for 1.5-2 hours, adding slowly potassium permanganate, stirring for 4-5 hours, adding distilled water and stirring reaction in water bath at 40-42 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, stopping heating, adding dilute 30% hydrogen peroxide, leaving overnight, removing supernatant, washing with deionized water until supernatant is slightly acidic, grafting modified hollow mesoporous silica on surface of graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in dimethylformamide solution in ice bath for 1-1.5 hours, adding modified hollow medium in porous silica, dispersing ultrasonically for 3.5-4 hours, stirring continuously in oil bath at 105-110 degrees C for 3.5-4 hours, completing reaction, performing suction filtration to obtain hollow mesoporous silica, APS, and graphite oxide was rinsed with ethanol 3 times and drying in vacuum.
