▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The substrate has a substrate main body i.e. insulating substrate, whose surface is formed with a porous graphene structure i.e. porous graphene film or discontinuous graphene crystal domains. Metal granule is fixed with the porous graphene structure. The porous graphene structure is formed with multi-hole graphene films by plasma i.e. oxygen, argon or nitrogen. The multi-hole graphene films are arranged with single-layer or few-layers. USE - Graphene-based surface enhancement Raman substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate enhances biological activity of graphene and metal enhancement effect, utilizes porous graphene structure to adsorb more molecules and metal particles on porous graphene structure to produce an enhanced electromagnetic field and amplifies Raman signal for detecting molecules. The substrate is simple in structure, inexpensive, and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-based surface-enhanced Raman substrate manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a graphene-based surface enhancement Raman substrate.
