▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite hydrogel comprises water, polyvinyl alcohol, and chemically grafted/modified graphene oxide-polyurethane aqueous emulsion. The water content in composite hydrogel is 70-85 wt.%, and mass ratio of graphene oxide-polyurethane and polyvinyl alcohol is 5:1-1:1. USE - Composite hydrogel for replacing/repairing temporomandibular joint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite hydrogel has good biocompatibility, structural stability, and mechanical and lubricating property similar to natural joint disc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a composite hydrogel, which involves: (A) mixing polyvinyl alcohol and chemically grafted/modified graphene oxide-polyurethane aqueous emulsion with water, heating and stirring it to obtain a hydrogel precursor; and (B) introducing hydrogel precursor into a mold, and obtaining composite hydrogel by cross-linking through a freezing-thawing cycle method.
